  1. RAPPORT MORAL & D’ACTIVITES<\/u><\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    La pr\u00e9sidente, Marie-Christine Simiand, accueille tout le monde et lit son rapport. Elle souligne le fait que cette ann\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s perturb\u00e9e \u00e0 cause du coronavirus et a vu le d\u00e9c\u00e8s de quatre anciens adh\u00e9rents de l\u2019AGO : Paulette Margotat, Colette et R\u00e9gis Maldam\u00e9 (tous les trois membres du CA), et Christine Gay. Par ailleurs, elle a une pens\u00e9e pour Corinne Pinchon, qui a perdu son p\u00e8re r\u00e9cemment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Apr\u00e8s une ann\u00e9e 2019 extr\u00eamement mouvement\u00e9e \u00e0 cause des c\u00e9l\u00e9brations du 30\u00e8me<\/sup> anniversaire du jumelage, nos activit\u00e9s en 2020 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interrompues brusquement d\u00e8s le mois de mars par le confinement et ses suites, et par le manque de perspectives pour organiser des \u00e9changes avec Oxford.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Nous avons n\u00e9anmoins pu f\u00eater No\u00ebl 2019 avec 120 personnes lors des traditionnels Christmas Carols et assister \u00e0 la projection d\u2019un film biographique sur JRR Tolkien et un autre sur le \u00ab jardinier du Roi \u00bb (Le N\u00f4tre) lors d\u2019une soir\u00e9e lasagnes. Plusieurs membres de l\u2019AGO ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 une c\u00e9r\u00e9monie \u00e9mouvante devant la Mairie de Grenoble le 31 janvier, jour officiel du d\u00e9part du Royaume-Uni de l\u2019Union Europ\u00e9enne, pendant laquelle le drapeau britannique a \u00e9t\u00e9 enlev\u00e9 et remplac\u00e9 provisoirement par celui de la ville d\u2019Oxford. Un d\u00e9bat \u00e0 l\u2019oxfordienne a pu avoir lieu le 20 f\u00e9vrier, juste avant le confinement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    La suite de notre programme et beaucoup de projets en cours ou en perspective ont d\u00fb \u00eatre annul\u00e9s ou report\u00e9s ensuite. Nous avons tenu plusieurs r\u00e9unions par Zoom, ainsi que des r\u00e9unions avec des membres de l\u2019OGA \u00e0 Oxford.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    La fen\u00eatre de d\u00e9confinement en septembre nous a permis de participer au Forum des Associations et \u00e0 la Journ\u00e9e des Langues tout en respectant les nouvelles consignes li\u00e9es \u00e0 la crise sanitaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Nous attendons actuellement les prochaines directives du gouvernement pour voir ce qui sera envisageable pour la suite de notre programme 2020-2021 et pour nos diff\u00e9rents projets en fonction de l\u2019\u00e9volution de la pand\u00e9mie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Quelques projets en attente : les concerts Interlude\/EOCC report\u00e9s depuis cette ann\u00e9e, le projet vid\u00e9o \u00ab A place to cherish \u00bb avec Oxford et Leiden, le projet vid\u00e9o \u00ab Regards crois\u00e9s \u00bb entre des \u00e9coles de Grenoble et d\u2019Oxford, un \u00e9change entre amateurs de v\u00e9lo, le 400\u00e8me<\/sup> anniversaire du Botanic Garden d\u2019Oxford, le jumelage entre le Mus\u00e9um et le Natural History Museum \u00e0 Oxford, Grenoble capitale verte europ\u00e9enne en 2022, etc\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Nous esp\u00e9rons mettre l\u2019accent aussi sur l\u2019anglais par le biais de groupes de discussion, des cours de langues, des d\u00e9bats, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    La question d\u2019un site web commun avec l\u2019OGA est toujours d\u2019actualit\u00e9 et la communication en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral est un sujet sur lequel nous devons encore travailler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Marie-Christine remercie les membres du CA et les adh\u00e9rents pour leur implication dans la vie de l\u2019association et souhaite de bonnes f\u00eates \u00e0 tout le monde, puisque nous ne pourrons pas organiser le Christmas Carols cette ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Le rapport moral est mis au vote et adopt\u00e9 \u00e0 l’unanimit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • RAPPORT FINANCIER<\/u><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Le tr\u00e9sorier, Gilles Nicolas, pr\u00e9sente le rapport financier en distribuant des tableaux synth\u00e9tiques. Nous terminons l’ann\u00e9e avec un r\u00e9sultat de -364,34 euros et des disponibilit\u00e9s de 15.070,21 euros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      On compte 1015 heures de b\u00e9n\u00e9volat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Le rapport financier est mis au vote et adopt\u00e9 \u00e0 l’unanimit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Nous remercions Gilles pour tout son travail. Philippe With est maintenant tr\u00e9sorier adjoint. Il se concertera avec Gilles cette ann\u00e9e pour reprendre la comptabilit\u00e9 de l\u2019association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • ELECTION DES MEMBRES DU CONSEIL D’ADMINISTRATION<\/u><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Christiane et Jean-Claude Thibault arrivent \u00e0 la fin de leur mandat et nous informent qu\u2019ils ne se repr\u00e9sentent pas. Nous le regrettons beaucoup et esp\u00e9rons les revoir r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement lors de nos activit\u00e9s. Jean-Claude pr\u00e9cise qu\u2019il continuera comme administrateur du site web dans l\u2019imm\u00e9diat. Les autres membres du CA r\u00e9\u00e9ligibles \u00e0 la fin de leur mandat sont Nicole Beno\u00eet, Susan Blatt\u00e8s, Marie-Christine Simiand et Veronica Smith. Toutes sont r\u00e9\u00e9lues \u00e0 l’unanimit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Il n\u2019y a pas de nouvelles candidatures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
